ORDINANCE NO. 94 22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-275,
schedule 23, subsection (a) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County
Code 1983, relating to bus stop locations, is amended by
deleting items numbered (9) and (10), with the remaining items
to be appropriately renumbered:
((9) Lanikaula Street. Puna side, beginning from a point
one hundred thirty feet mauka of Kapiolani Street and extending
one hundred feet in the mauka direction.]
((10) Lanikaula Street. Hamakua side, beginning from a
point three hundred fifty feet mauka of Kapiolani Street and
extending one hundred thirty feet in the mauka direction.]
SECTION 2. Material to be deleted is bracketed. In
printing this ordinance, the bracketing need not be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
