ORDINANCE NO. 94 80
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, SECTION 24-280(c),
OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-280(c),
schedule 28 of the Hawaii County Code 1983, relating to no
parking at any time, is amended by adding the following items to
be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
(_) H~lalai Street southwest side beainnina at a ooin
three hundred fifty three feet northeast of Ululani Street and
extending three hundred seventy two feet in the northeasterly
direction.
(_) Hualalai Street northwest side beainnina at a point
nine hundred twenty feet southwest of Kilauea Avenue and
extending three hundred sixty seven feet in the southwesterly
direction.
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. if any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provision of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
