AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, SECTION 24-280, OF
THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO NO PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-280,
schedule 28, No parking at any time, of the Hawaii County
Code 1983, is amended by adding new items to be appropriately
numbered and to read as follows:
(_) Kawili Street, north side, beginning at Hinano Street
and extending one hundred thirty feet in the easterly dir ion
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. in printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this
ordinance or the application thereof to any person or
circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be
given effect without the invalid provision or application, and
to this end, the provision of this ordinance are declared to be
severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
