AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 94-70, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1994 TO JUNE 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 94-70, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1994
to June 30, 1995, is hereby amended by increasing the following
appropriations:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Puna Road Improvements - Federal [$765,002.00] $1,294,123.74

Waikoloa Road Safety Improvements
Shoulder Widening, Phase ii - Federal [$296,103.00] $520,180.11
(110-399-5394.86-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be
provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $703,198.85
SECTION 3. Material to be deleted is bracketed. New material is
underscored.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
