AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 94-70, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1994
TO JUNE 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 94-70, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1994 to June 30,
1995, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS
Mohouli Extension - Federal $3,586,900.00
(110-399-5392.12-115)
Mohouli Extension - County 763,100.00
(110-399-5392.13-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $3,586,900.00
General Obligation Bonds and/or Other Sources 763,100.00
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
