AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 94-70, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1994 TO JUNE 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 94-70, As Amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1994
to June 30, 1995, is hereby amended by increasing the appropriation
for the following project in the amount of $1,719,242:
PUBLIC WORKS
Alii Drive Realignment [773,918] 2,493,160
(110-399-5396.66-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable 1,719,242
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation
amount being amended. Underscored material represents the amended
appropriation.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
