AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 94-70, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1994 TO JUNE 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 94-70, As Amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1994
to June 30, 1995, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
PUBLIC WORKS
Hilo Wastewater Treatment Plant $ 38,988.24
(110-699-5692.87-115)
Alii Drive Sewer Projects 971,142.80
(110-699-5697.48-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
2271.00 Fund Balance - Capital Projects Fund $1,010,131.04
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
