ORDINANCE NO. 94 126
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 94-70, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1994 TO JUNE 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 94-70, As Amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1994
to June 30, 1995, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS
Kona Services Center
(110-199-5196.03-115)
$5,000,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from
General Obligation Bonds and/or Other Sources.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
