AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 2,
SECTION 24-264, SCHEDULE 12(b), OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO STOP INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2,
schedule 12(b) Stop Intersections; South Hilo; is hereby amended
by adding a new item to be appropriately numbered and to read as
follows:
( ) Ohuohu Street/Hoohua Street intersection all
approaches
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. Material to be
deleted is bracketed. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material, and the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this
ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or
circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect
other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be
given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
