ORDINANCE NO. 95 3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE) OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5 (parking),
section 24-280, schedule 28 (no parking at anytime) (d) Kona,
of the Hawaii County Code, is hereby amended by adding a new
item to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
( ) Hina-Lani Street, beginning at Queen Kaahumanu
Hiahwav and extending mauka for a distance of .4 miles to the
unnamed roadway serving Costco
SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 10 (tow-away
zone), section 24-296, schedule 44 (tow and tow-away zones) (g)
North Kona, is hereby amended by adding a new item to be
appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
( ) That unnamed roadwav serving Costco, located .4
miles mauka of the Oueen Kaahumanu Hiohwav and running varallel
to Kanalani Street Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision from
2:OOa.m. to 5:00 a.m.
SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 4. if any provision of this ordinance, or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
