ORDINANCE NO. 95 2£3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 4,
section 24-276, schedule 24, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the
Hawaii County Code 1983, relating to crosswalks, is amended by
adding a new item to be appropriately numbered and to read as
follows:
SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section
24-280, schedule 28, subsection (c), of the Hawaii County Code
1983, relating to no parking at anytime, is amended by adding a
new item to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
L~ Ohuohu Street. Puainako Street to
Makaala Street.
SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this
ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or
circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect
other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be
given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
