AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 94-71, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
1995.
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 94-71, as amended, is hereby amended
by increasing the revenues in the Sewer Fund by the following amount.

SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 94-71, as amended, is further amended
by decreasing revenues in the Sewer Fund by the following amounts.

3406.02 Papaikou Sewer Receipts 13,000
3406.03 Kulaimano Sewer Receipts 8,000
3406.04 Kapehu Sewer Receipts 2,000

Total Decrease $463,000
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 94-71, as amended, is further amended
by appropriating $164,000 to the Replacement Reserve Account
(030-911-5912.93-341) of the Sewer Fund.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
