ORDINANCE NO. s5 31
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION I. Chapter 24, article 10, section 24-260, schedule 8, of the Hawaii County
Code 1983, relating to 45 mile per hour speed limits is amended by adding a new item to be
appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
"( 1 Hinalani Street from Anini Street to the unnamed private road (Road "F"1 which
leads to Costco."
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. Material to be deleted is bracketed. In
printing this ordinance, neither the underscoring nor the bracketing need be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this
end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
