SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements anal
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998:to June 30, 1999, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORDS:
Lako Street extension (on makai side) to Alii Drive $3,000,000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project: shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds. Capital Projects Fund- $3,000,000
Fund Balance and/or Other sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
