ORDINANCE NO. 95 94
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC
REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 7, division 1, is amended by
adding a new section to be appropriately designated and to read as
follows:
"Section 24-

SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, is amended by
adding a new section and schedule to be appropriately designated
and to read as follows:

application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
