AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-102 (LAUPAHOEHOE-NINOLE ZONE
MAP), ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM OPEN (O) TO
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-10) AT PUUALAEA, NORTH HILO,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 3-6-11:26.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 25-102, Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning
Code) of the Hawaii County Code, is amended to change the
district classification of properties described hereinafter as
follows:
The district classification of the following area
situated at Puualaea, North Hilo, Hawaii, shall be Single
Family Residential (RS-10):
Beginning at the southeast corner of this parcel of land,
the northeast corner of 20-Foot Roadway and the northwest
corner of Lot 4 of the subdivision of Grant 3631 to
Mrs. A. Lidgate, the coordinates of said point of
beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation
Station "PAPAALOA", being 6,730.49 feet North and
3,844.06 feet West, as shown on Government Survey
Registered Map 2555, thence running by azimuths measured
clockwise from True South:
1. 98° 39' 27.00 feet along north end of
the 20-Foot Roadway and
along Lot 22 of the
subdivision of Grant 3631
to Mrs. A. Lidgate to a
pipe;
2. 118° 07' 294.00 feet along Lot 22 of the
subdivision of Grant 3631
to Mrs. A. Lidgate to a
2-inch pipe;
3. 183° 15' 30" 168.24 feet along Government Land
to a pipe;
4. 315° 10' 201.30 feet along Government Land
to a pipe;
5. 286° 52' 80.10 feet along Government Land
to a pipe;
6. 333° 09' 30" 150.08 feet along Government Land
to a pipe;
7. 42° 48' 14.58 feet along Government Land
to the point of beginning
and containing an area of
34,229 square feet.
All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. This change in district classification is
conditioned upon the following:
A. Development shall comply with all applicable laws,
rules, regulations and requirements.
SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this
ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
the other parts of this ordinance.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
