ORDINANCE NO. 95 125
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28 (no
pazking at anytime) (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding a new item to
be appropriately numbered and to read as follows:
~) Hale Pule Look, from its northernmost intersection with the
Volcano Highway to its intersection with Hale Kula Road.
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring
need not be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end the provisions of this ordinance aze declazed to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
