ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 7, Section 24-291, Schedule 39, of the
Hawaii County Code, relating to two hour pazking meter zones, is amended by amending
subsection (10) to read as follows:
"(10) Mamo Street except for active loading and unloading_zone access on
Wednesdaygand Saturdays, as set forth in Section 24-288 O1. Schedule 36 01. active loadine
and unloading zones."
SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 7, Section 24-291, Schedule 39, of the
Hawaii County Code, relating to two hour pazking meter zones, is amended by amending
subsection (15) to read as follows:
"(IS) Kamehameha Avenue, from Waianuenue Avenue to Ponahawai Street,
except for active loading and unlo ading zone acc ess mauka side from Mamo Street to a point
sixty feet in the H amaku a direction on Wednesd ay,~and Saturdays. as set forth in Section 24-
288 O1 Schedule 36 O1 active loading and unloadine zones."
SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring
need not be included.
SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end the provisions of this ordinance aze declared to be severable.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
