SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT: '-Q
SOUTH KULANI ROAD vj
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1 (Speed Limits),
Section 24-255, Schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit), be amended by adding new
paragraph for Puna (g) and new item:
j~ SOUTH KULANI ROAD.
The need for this amendment is based on a request from the Hawaii Police
Department to update the Hawaii County Code to ensure that the Traffic Schedules
section of Chapter 24 reflects field conditions.
A location map is attached.
