For your consideration, please find attached a bill to amend Ordinance No. 09-48, re. ing to the
International Energy Conservation Code (IECC). Q-)
The bill clarifies that copies of the IECC will be available for public inspection at the department of public
works and the office of the county clerk.
It also deletes an unnecessary reference to section 3(a) of the IECC.
Ordinance No. 09-48 takes effect on May 11, 2010.
