Dear Chairman Yoshimoto and Council Members:
Thank you for considering my nomination of Christopher A. Manfredi from the Ka'u
District to the Hawai'i Windward Planning Commission.
While Mr. Manfredi is a highly qualified applicant with a long history of community
service, he has decided to withdraw his name from consideration for the Windward
Planning Commission seat.
In light of his decision, I hereby withdraw my nomination of Mr. Manfredi for this
position.
