Dear Chairman Yoshimoto and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate Scott Enright from District 1 to the Hawai'i County
Environmental Management Commission. Mr. Enright was the project manager
for ITC Water Management. He was also the cultivation and irrigation
superintendent for Hamakua Sugar and the orchard superintendent for Kilauea
Agronomics.
Mr. Enright states that he is a Democrat. If confirmed, he will serve a term to end
on December 31, 2013, replacing Samuel Sumner whose term expired on
December 31, 2008.
