AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-50, A3 AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1998 TO JUNE 30, 1999.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 98-50, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30,
1999, is hereby amended by increasing the appropriation for the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Mamalahoa Highway Improvements [$400,000] $1.000.000
(Kamamalu Street to Lindsey Road)
(110-399-5394.25-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $600,000
SECTION.3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
