Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year
for a copier for the Department of Parks and Recreation's Elderly Activities Division.
Their current copier's lease will expire soon and the division wishes to enter into a new
lease for a new medium volume copier.

Recreation.

A. REQUEST:
Multi-year lease agreement for a medium volume copier for the Elderly Activities Division.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Multi-year lease on current copier will expire August 2009. Would like to enter into a new 3-year lease on a
new medium volume copier. Copier is used heavily by both the EAD Admin., Elderly Recreation Services &
CSE offices at Kamana Senior Center. There is no other copier for use in these offices.
