RESOLUTION
THE COUNCIL
AND VICE CHAIRPERSON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
Elroy T. L. Osorio is hereby declared the designated Chairperson
and Presiding Officer of the Council of the County of Hawaii
effective December 5, 1994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Jim Rath is hereby declared the
designated Vice Chairperson of the Council of the County of Hawaii.
