ADOPTING NEW RULES OF PROCEDURE
OF THE COUNCIL OF TSE COIINTY OF HAWAII
BE IT RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUPTY OF HAWAII that
the attached Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii are hereby adopted to govern the affairs of the Council.
