RESOLUTION
NAMING OF A STREET IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized
to adopt a street name of unnamed roadway in the County of Hawaii
pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii County
Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of
November 17, 1994, approved the following name for a certain
unnamed roadway in Kahauloa Iki and Kahauloa Nui, South Kona,
Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
said roadways, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be
named as follows:
Kaimalu Place - Calm ocean
this 4th day of January , 1995.
