COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION
NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized
to adopt the street names of unnamed roadways in the County of
Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter. 22, Hawaii
County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of
November 17, 1994, approved the following names for the certain
unnamed roadways in the Piihonua Meadows Subdivision, Units 1
and 2, Piihonua, South Hilo, Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
said roadways, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be
named as follows:
Pe'epe'e Street - Named after Pe'epe'e Falls;
also means hiding.
Pe'epe'e Place - " a
Pe'epe'e Way - " a
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 4th day of January , 1995.
