RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Na Leo'O Hawaii, through its public access cable channel, provides for the
broadcast of the proceedings of the Hawaii County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that it authorizes Na Leo 'O Hawaii to provide duplicate videotapes of the Hawaii
County Council proceedings to persons requesting such videotapes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii transmit a copy of
this resolution to Na Leo 'O Hawaii.
