RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF AN
ADVANCED DESIGN SYSTEMS TINTED WINDOW METER FROM BAYFRONT
SERVICE, INC.
WHEREAS, Bayfront Service, Inc. of East Hawaii, whose Vice
President/Manager is Raymond Izuno, of Hilo, has donated an
Advanced Design Systems Tinted Window Meter to the Hawaii County
Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the retail value of the donated meter is four
hundred eighty eight dollars ($488.00); and
WHEREAS, Artile XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County
Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may
accept gifts or donations of personal property;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12,
of the Hawaii County Charter, the Hawaii County Police
Department is authorized to accept the donation of an Advanced
Design Systems Tinted Window Meter from Bayfront Service, Inc.
of East Hawaii.
