BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
Resolution 3-99 is hereby amended as follows: BARBARA BELL be,
and is hereby appointed as the County Clerk of the County of
Hawaii, effective upon adoption.
