RESOLUTION N0. 1~~ 95
WHEREAS, Section 46-32 Hawaii Revised Statutes,
Relating to Employees of Council, authorizes the Council of
any county to appoint and employ personnel as it deems
necessary and to prescribe their powers, duties and
compensation; and-
WHEREAS, Section 3-13, Hawaii County Charter, provides
for interim amendments to the Salary Ordinance be made by
resolution; and
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that Section 3 of Ordinance
amended by revising the following salary sch~

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Section 8.01 of Ordinance
95-77 relating to positions of the Office of the County
Council is amended by changing the pay grades of the Special
Assistant from an annual salary of $49,920 to $49,000, and
the Fiscal/Program Review Auditor from an annual salary of
$49,920 to the classification of LA-1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution
be transmitted to the Office of the County Council and the
Departments of Civil Service and Finance.
