RESOLUTION
NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of
unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22,
Hawaii County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of July 13, 1995, approved the
names for the certain unnamed roadways in Kinai Subdivision, Waiakea Homesteads, First Series,
South Hilo, Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said
roadways, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
Kinai Street - "To quench or extinguish, as fire; to put out, as a
light; to suppress."
East Kinai Place -
West Kinai Place -
