APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE HUMAN SERVICES AND PUBLIC WORKS
COMMITTEE AND DESIGNATING THE CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIItPERSON
THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that pursuant
to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the
Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of Hawaii, the following members are hereby
appointed to the Committee on Human Services and Public Works Committee and that the
membership as established by Resolution 123-95 is amended as follows:
1. James Arakaki 5
2. Brian De Lima 6•

4. Elroy Osorio

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that BRIAN DE LIMA and JAMES ARAKAKI be and
are hereby designated Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, respectively, of said Committee on
Human Services and Public Works.
