APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
AND DESIGNATING THE CHAIltPERSON AND VICE CIIAIRPERSON THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that pursuant
to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the
Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of Hawaii, the following members are hereby
appointed to the Committee on Research and Development and that the membership as
established by Resolution 124-95 is amended as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that AL SMITH and BRIAN DE LIMA be and are
