RESOLUTION
WI~REAS, the County has an opportunity to lease 9,074 square feet of office space for
six yeazs at Hanama Place from K. Taniguchi, Ltd.; and
WHEREAS, the County will be able to consolidate its primary service agencies within
the Kailua-Kona azea in a single facility; and
WHEREAS, relocating agencies into a single facility will improve services to the West
Hawaii Community; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TILE COUNCII-' OF THE COUNTY OF

approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be transmitted to the
Honorable Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, and the Finance Director of the County of Hawaii.
