RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF A MITA COPIER FROM
MS. MARLENE DUNPHY
WHEREAS, Ms. Marlene Dunphy, whose address is 81 Pilialoha Street,
Hilo, Hawaii 96720, has donated a Mita copier to the Hawaii County
Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the retail value of the donated office equipment is two
hundred dollars ($200.00); and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter
provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or
donations of personal property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County
Charter, the Hawaii County Police Department is authorized to accept the
donation of a Mita copier from Ms. Marlene Dunphy.
