RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF A PHONE MATE
ANSWERING MACHINE FROM RAINBOW TATTOO
WHEREAS, Rainbow Tattoo, whose owner is Mr. Steve Totten of
17 Furneaux Lane, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, has donated a Phone Mate answering
machine to the Hawaii County Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the retail value of the donated office equipment is fifty
dollars ($50.00); and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter
provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or
donations of personal property;
NOW, THEREFORE, $g IT PJ_iSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County
Charter, the Hawaii County Police Department is authorized to accept the
donation of a Phone Mate answering machine from Rainbow Tattoo.
