RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PING PONG TABLE AND A
POOL TABLE.
WHEREAS, the Pepeekeo Community Association, c/o Calvin Unoki,
President, P. O. Box 386, Pepeekeo, Hawaii 96783, has donated a
portable Spalding Model T8018C, 9'x5' ping pong table with four (4)
paddles and twelve (12) balls and a world of Leisure regulation size
5'2"x9'4" pedestal pool table with a three (3) piece slate top with
accessories including six (6) cues, a bridge, a rack, a set of
balls, chalk, ball/cue holder and a cover for the Kulaimano
Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the value of the donated ping pong table with
accessories is Two Hundred Eight and No/100 Dollars ($208.00) and
the value of the donated pool table with accessories is Two Thousand
and No/100 Dollars ($2,000.00); and
WHEREAS, Article XIII,
Charter provides that the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
HAWAII that in accordance
County Charter, the Count
Recreation, is authorized
table and pool table from
Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Council, on behalf of the County, may
