RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN ELECTRIC RANGE.
WHEREAS, the Hamakua Coast Community Federal Credit Union, P.
Box 848, Pepeekeo, Hawaii 96783-0848, has donated a Caloric
electric range for the kitchen of the Kulaimano Community Center;
WHEREAS, the value of the donated electric range is Three
Hundred Forty-Two and 71/100 Dollars ($342.71); and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may
accept gifts or donations of personal property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii
County Charter, the County of Hawaii, Department of Parks &
Recreation, is authorized to accept the donation of a Caloric
electric range from the Hamakua Coast Community Federal Credit Union.
