RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF TAX MAP KEY
NO. (3)7-5-004:063 FROM MARYL DEVELOPMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, MARYL DEVELOPMENT, INC. has transferred Tax Map Key
No. (3)7-5-004:063, also identified as Crossroads Lot 6, to the
County of Hawaii as part of the exchange of the Ololi Road
remnant, pursuant to Condition H of Ordinance Nos. 93-122, 93-123
and 93-124; and
WHEREAS, this parcel is a one acre general commercial
(CG-20) parcel located adjacent to the south end of the new Henry
Street Extension; and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Charter, provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may
accept gifts of donations of money, securities or other personal
property or of real estate or any interest in real estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the
Hawaii County Charter, the County of Hawaii is authorized to
accept the transfer of Tax Map Key No. (3)7-5-004:063, also
identified as Crossroads Lot 6, from Maryl Development, Inc.
A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the
Department of Finance, Department of Public Works and Maryl
Development, Inc..
