BREWER HOMES, INC.; TAX MAP KEY NUMBER (3)2-6-009-010 (PORTION). WHEREAS, C. BREWER HOMES, INC. is the owner of real property in Kaiwiki, South Hilo, Hawaii, specifically Taz Map Rey Number (3)2-6-009-010 (portion); consisting of approzimately 0.941 acre, being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and delineated on Exhibit "B" attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the County wishes to accept dedication of this road right-of-way to clarify any ownership concerns; and WHEREAS, C. Hrewer Homes, Inc. has graciously dedicated this property to the County of Hawaii; and WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter provides that the Council, oa behalf of the County of Hawaii, may accept gifts which include the dedication of land on behalf of the County of Hawaii. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, the County of Hawaif accepts the dedication of real property, identified as Taz Map Rey Number (3)2-6-009-010 (portion), consisting of 0.941 acre, from C. Brewer Homes, Inc. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a letter of appreciation be sent to C. Brewer Homes, Inc. Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this Lst day of I"1aY 1996.
