RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT FROM
PATDI.
WHEREAS, Patricia Provalenko, owner of PATDI, 75-5706 Kuakini
Highway, Suite 106, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740, has donated a Wang
computer, keyboard, hard drive, and a Teaas Instrument printer; and
WHEREAS, the value of the donated computer equipment is Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00); and
WHEREAS, Article XIIi, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may
accept gifts or donations of personal property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii
County Charter, the County of Hawaii, is authorized to accept the
donation of the computer equipment from Patricia Provalenko, owner
of PATDI.
