All
NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt a street name of
unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22,
Hawaii County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of July 11, 1996, approved
the name for a certain unnamed roadway within Kuhio Settlement Lots, Keaukaha Tract at
Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that said roadway; as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as
follows:
Nahale-a Avenue - family surname
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 6th
day of September , 1996.
