RESOLUTION
DESIGNATING THE COUNCIL CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that Resolution
No. 119-95 is hereby amended as follows: BRIAN DE L[MA is hereby declared the designated
Chairperson and Presiding Officer of the Council of the County of Hawaii effective upon adoption.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT JAMES Y. ARAKAKI is hereby declared the
designated Vice Chairperson of the Council of the County of Hawaii.
