BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that Resolution
No. 120-95 is hereby amended as follows: DONALD IKEDA be and is hereby appointed as the
County Clerk of the County of Hawaii, effective upon adoption.
