RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE HUMAN SERVICES AND PUBLIC WORKS
COMMITTEE AND DESIGNATING THE CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON
THEREOF
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing
Committees) of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of Hawaii, the following
members are hereby appointed to the Committee on Human Services and Public Works
Committee and that the membership as established by Resolution No. 167-95 (Draft 2) is
amended as follows:
1. James Arakaki 2. Keola Childs
3. Takashi Domingo 4. Elroy Osorio
5. John Ray 6. Lloyd Van De Car
(should he be confirmed)
7. Brian De Lima (ex-officio)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that JOHN RAY and JAMES ARAKAKI be and are
hereby designated Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, respectively, of said Committee on
Human Services and Public Works.
