AND DES GNATING HEO HAIRPERSONRAND VC E CHAIRPERSON THEREOFEE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and Rule 6 (Standing
Committees) of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of Hawaii, the following
members are hereby appointed to the Committee on Research and Development and that the
membership as established by Resolution No. 168-95 (Draft 2) is amended as follows:
1. James Arakaki 2. Keola Childs
3. Takashi Domingo 4. Wayne Easley
5. Al Smith 6. Lloyd Van De Car
(should he be confirmed)
7. Brian De Lima (ex-officio)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that AL SMITH and JAMES ARAKAKI be and are
hereby designated Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, respectively, of said Committee on
Research and Development.
