RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT FROM PETER
J. BOUCHER.
WHEREAS, Peter J. Boucher, 199 Kahoa Place, Hilo, Hawaii 96720,
has donated an NEC Powermate SX Plus Computer, a Hewlett Packard
LaserJet II Printer, a Canon Photocopy Machine and a Minolta Fax
Machine; and
WHEREAS, the value of the donated equipment are as follows:
NEC Powermate SX Plus Computer $ 700.00
Hewlett Packard LaserJet II Printer 300.00
Canon Photocopy Machine 200.00
Minolta Fax Machine 250.00
$1,450.00; and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County
Charter provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may
accept gifts or donations of personal property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii
County Charter, the County of Hawaii, Department of Public Works
Wastewater Division, is authorized to accept the donation of the
office equipment from Peter J. Boucher.
