NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of
unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22,
Hawaii County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of September 12, 1996,
approved the names for the certain unnamed roadways in the Puna Beach Palisades Subdivision,
Kehena, Puna, Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAH that said
roadways, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
Oliana Drive - Oleander (flower)
Kipuka Street ~ - Variation or change of form; short shoulder cape;
cloak; loop; lasso; snare
Kalaunu Street - Crown
Waioleka Street - Violet (flower)
Punakai Street - Sea coral; seaside spring
Loke Place - Rose (flower)
